Another week…another weekly running recap!
Sunday: Rest
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: 20 minute run outside!, 25 minute treadmill run
Wednesday: 25 minute HIIT
Thursday: 20 minute run outside!, 20 minute incline (treadmill) run
Friday: 30 minute run
Saturday: 1 hour run
I’m so excited that I was able to run outside a couple of times this week! I have to laugh though. My thighs were sore after Tuesday’s run outside! I guess my muscles are too used to the muted (?) impact from the treadmill!
