Another week…another weekly running recap!!
Sunday: 1 hour run
Monday: 30 minute HIIT run
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: 30 minute run (ran outside…YAY!)
Thursday: 30 minute run
Friday: 30 minute incline walk
Saturday: 1:15 run
I signed up for another half-marathon! It is the “River Run” half-marathon and it is September 9th. My girlfriend Ali has chosen this race as her first half-marathon, and she asked me to participate with her!
